Limited Warranty
LYRIC and its manufacturer warranty our electric scooters to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Coverage begins from the date of purchase and ends on the 365th day thereafter, regardless of use, storage or advance purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Electric Components (batteries, chargers, cables, motor) are only covered for manufacturing defects for a period of six (6) months from the original date of purchase.
This limited warranty does not cover (1) normal wear and tear; (2) damage caused by transport, impact, neglect, improper assembly, maintenance or storage; and (3) wheels, tires, tubes, hand grips and splash guards.
This Limited Warranty is void if the product is ever:
- used in a manner other than for recreation
- used in a manner that puts extraordinary stress on the product
- modified in any way
- rented
We are not liable for incidental damages or consequential damages due directly or indirectly to the use of this product. We are not liable for any injury, incapacitation or death caused by or resulting from use of this product. As with any vehicle, there are inherent risks with riding this scooter. Please ride safe, always wear a helmet and obey your local laws. Please make sure you ride with appropriate light. Don’t give rides to others (make them get their own) and don’t ride in the rain, snow or in icy conditions. Always check your brakes (you might need them).
This the only warranty and all other warranties, express or implied, are specifically disclaimed including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular use and all other implied warranties. This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
We reserve the right to repair, restore or replace the defective product (with a new or like-new restored product), at our sole discretion. For warranty work, you need to deliver the defective product at your expense to where you bought the product and bring with you proof purchase showing date and location of purchase along with a detailed description of the problem. Please retain your original store receipt and keep it in a safe place. Before you submit a claim, please feel free to call or email us at (801) 571-5110 or info@lyricmotion.com. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for the warranty work to be completed. We will contact you when your product is ready to be picked up.
You must register for warranty coverage. If you do not register, you will not receive any warranty coverage. LYRIC Motion electric scooter warranty claims will only be honored with proof of purchase showing date and location.
